Network Marketing is a business development opportunity for individuals to create a business of their own, building a network of distributors through which a company’s product of service makes its way to the final consumer. Profit are derive from commissions on the individual’s personal sales (referred to as Direct Sale) as well as bonuses earned on the sales volume of distributors in their personal network or down line organization (the Multilevel aspect)
Traditional Marketing involves moving a product through the hierarchy of middlemen from the manufacturer to the end consumer. All these jobbers, wholesalers, retailers, etc., earn a profit for handling the product. In Network Marketing these positions are unnecessary. The functions are simplified and the profits that would normally go to the middlemen are instead shared by the individuals in the network! It’s a more efficient way to distribute products -and more powerful way to earn income.
The Doubling Concept
The principle that fuels the growth of your Network Marketing business is called the Doubling Concept.
Let’s say you set aside one paisa – and then you merely double it every day for a month. What do you think happens?
On day Two, you have 2$: day Three, 4$, and so on,. By the end of the first week, you have 64$. Excited? Probably not. The second week you be looking at 81.92$ Not bad – but watch this. By the end of the third week you have over 10,000$ ! And by the end of the month, you would have in excess of $50,00,000!
Putting the Doubling Concept To Work
Let’s say in month One you develop one other person who would be interested in working in with you in Network Marketing. Month one: One (being you) plus One (your friend who has joined you) equal Two, Or does it?
Month two: You find another person to join you (someone who is looking for an opportunity as you were). And in the meantime, the first person you brought into the business has double your effort – he or she has also developed a person to join him or her in their (and your) business. Now you see, One Plus One does equal Four! But wait, it gets even better!
Month three: Again, all you have done is find one more person to join you in your organization. With each person duplicating your efforts, at the end of month three, you no have Eight distributors in your organization.
Successful Network Marketing Distributors making six-figure incomes have done so by offering and easily replicable business development opportunity – much like a modern franchise, yet costing only a few thousand rupees. They then teach their people how to do the same things they’ve done and receive the percentage of the business that their ever expanding organization generates each and every month.
